Travessa do Trem 10 and 12 are completely independent and can be rented out or sold seperately.

They have own meters. satellite dish connections , mains etc.

No’s 10 and 12 can be connected easily  by placing  a door in the prefabbed opening in hall wall.  

Energy saving and comfort were main items when building.

Aspects: re-using original materials from the region and the original house.

The house is sold with  a fully equipped kitchen.

The optimal thermical insulation doesn’t give a need for airco.

When we compare this to an apartment: 10 and 12 are a house,  split in two horizontal properties. That can be used as 1 house or 2 separate properties.

 

Travessa do Trem is connected to Rua Jaques Pessoa, between the two bridges. This shall be a boulevard as the rest of the river soon.

The square at the other end of the street is mentioned to be developed as a no 1 area with restaurants and shops.

10 and 12 have good parking possibilities. The road might be partial pedestrian area in the future.

 

Because of buying directly from the owner no agents fee is involved.

After a 2 year renovation of the TREM project (by Tavirian contractor CRC), 

was opened by our mayor Mr. Eng° JOSÉ MACÁRIO CORREIA,

PRESIDENTE   DA  CÂMARA  MUNICIPAL   DE TAVIRA,

on the 30th  March 2007.

The final delivery shall take place in September 2007.
